THE FOOLS is a rock band known as the charisma of the Japanese underground music scene. Since its formation in 1980, the band has received enthusiastic support from rock fans for its activities that are distinctly different from the major music industry.
Aside from their captivating live performances, the band members ’off-stage fights, sagas, and repeated arrests for drug use have become legendary among those who tell their stories.
This film follows the band over the course of the last eight years of their existence, from 2012 to 2020, and continues to closely document the arrests of their members and their successive deaths
